We are dedicated to finishing each job just as strongly as we start it. That means communicating with you frequently and keeping you up to date as the retrofit lighting installation progresses. Don’t wait any longer! Learn more today.
We understand that the first 3% of every project dictates the last 3% of that project. We don’t believe in shortcuts when it comes to our communication process. We want to help each of our clients save money and solve inefficiencies throughout their building and eliminate risk and uncertainty throughout the buying process.
Not all proposals are created equally. Every successful project is born out of a clearly outlined proposal. Afterall, we can’t satisfy your lighting needs if we don’t fully understand them. That’s why we strive to be as specific as possible in our proposals and provide measurable goals that include even the smallest of details.
Having a well-defined proposal helps you to know what to expect and gives us a road map to follow throughout the installation process.
Surveying and Auditing
Auditing is a vital part of any lighting installation project, ensuring it stays within the necessary time and budget constraints. We start the auditing process with the end result in mind. We collaborate with all team members from our client’s team to make sure we understand their vision and assess what their goals are for the project, such as better lighting, re-gridding the area, meeting OSHA recommendations, or improving inspection areas. At Pinnacle, it’s important to us to keep every project we work on operating smoothly and with the help of audits, we can!
A big part of our process is understanding your immediate needs for safety and your long-term energy strategy. This understanding is imperative to designing the right system for you! We do this by evaluating your current facilities, lighting needs, and the way your space is used. Finally, our auditing software allows us to take detailed images of your existing lighting, electrical panels, building infrastructure, and existing lighting controls.
We collect data and document services rendered throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Pinnacle understands the importance of effective and prompt reporting.
We can assure you that all the information we provide will be clearly organized and easy to understand.
Above all, our goal is to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
When it comes to lighting, it’s crucial to have the right design. But what is the right design for you?
The right design is innovative, visually pleasing, and cost effective. We also take into consideration the outcomes you value most such as environmental impact and overall savings while maximizing utility incentives. We then incorporate these into the proposal we present you with. We never move to the next step of the process without agreeing on a comprehensive design.
After the details of a project have been agreed upon, our experienced lighting technicians are ready to install your Turn-Key LED Retrofit! Once a proposal is approved, the installation process is simple. First, we guarantee there will be no disruption to your day-today production. For example, most of our projects are completed during the second and third shift. Part of Pinnacle’s process is to communicate frequently and openly with clients so that installing your LED project is problem free.
We take a direct approach to plan the scope of work for each individual area. We make sure to properly measure before and after energy usage and identify our work area. This direct approach helps us to meet all PPE and OSHA requirements. Additionally, we clearly communicate your expectations while working in your facility. In our experience, one of the most overlooked and problematic situations during an LED retrofit installation is the lack of on-site project management and communication. Pinnacle’s goal during installation is to do the opposite.
Understanding Your Warranty
Warranties can be complex and lengthy. That’s what we’re here for! Pinnacle’s warranty process is simple. We make sure that you have all the proper information and knowledge about your warranty for your lighting system, prior to completing a project. We can help you understand your warranty- without the stress and uncertainty. Supporting your needs matters to us and that includes navigating your warranty.
